About this apartment rental
Unique and rare, this three (3) bedroom, two (2) full bath apartment has eight (8) beds to accommodate up to eight guests.
The master suite is the "bunk room," with four (4) full-sized beds. Perfect for a pajama party or retreat! Bedroom 2 has two (2) full sized beds. Bedroom 3 has two (2) twin XL beds. There's space for the whole family!
We go to great lengths to maintain and prepare our properties, which requires extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This additional treatment may mean that your unit won’t be ready until check-in time (4:00 pm), but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay!
Requests for early check-in - $100 fee; late check-out (up to 1pm) - $150
Our unit is located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, where parking is a premium. We are able to provide free parking for ONE vehicle in the complex parking lot. Additional vehicles can find street parking, or park in the paid lot conveniently located directly across the street.
The paid lot has daily parking from 5 am - 4 pm for $17, and 4pm - 5am for $14. Parking is $14 on Saturdays, and hourly parking is available after 5pm on weekdays & weekends.
Our units are stocked with the following basics: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, body wash, hand soap, dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and 2 large trash bags. Kitchens are equipped with coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils and dinnerware for 8. Laundry centers contain full-sized washer & dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. If you need additional items, there is a Harris Teeter grocery store conveniently across the street.
There are no daily or mid stay housekeeping services. Linens are on the beds, and bath towels are on the vanities in the bathrooms. We do not provide additional towels or bedsheets during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the unit to wash/dry sheets and towels should you desire.

Check-in instructions will be emailed at NOON of your arrival date. If for some reason you do not receive them by 1pm on check-in day, please reach out ASAP to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Our guests will have complete access to the unit, including all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, iron, and parking space. This is your home away from home.
Speaking of home away from home, please treat our space as you would your own! In the event that our housekeeping staff finds broken or damaged objects, stained (blood, wine, makeup, etc.) linens or towels, or excessive trash, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee ($79) and the cost of replacing the item(s).
We expect our guests to be courteous of other building tenants and visitors. This means:
NO PARTIES (including loud music that is heard outside of the unit)
NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit, the building or directly outside the building.
NO PETS, no Exceptions
Any violations of these policies will result in expulsion with additional $150 cleaning fees. There will be no refunds.
Rentals for 20 nights or longer will be assessed electricity charges of $200 per month.
Professional photos - Due to contrast/saturation and monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. Our photo gallery includes images of the building’s social room in addition to photos of the unit interiors.
Property updates - We change linens/bedcovers, décor and equipment regularly to maintain our high standards. Photos of items from the gallery may differ in brand/color/pattern from the items you will find in the apartment.
We are not responsible for temporary utility/internet outages; however, we will do our best to contact property administration, vendors and/or technical support to address the issue as soon as possible.
We provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit at noon on the day of arrival. Check out instructions are provided via email the evening prior to your departure.
It is our desire to provide the highest level of support and service throughout your stay. For your convenience, our team is available from 9am - 6pm EST, and the best way to communicate is via the app.

Easy to find, perfect location just minutes from downtown Charlotte. The common areas and halls needed some tidying and had a strange odor, but our specific unit was very clean and we could tell special attention was taken with ensuring cleanliness. Would have been great to have little coffee samples for the coffee maker, but overall our stay was comfortable, quiet, and safe! I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed here overnight with my teens and a few of their friends so we could attend a concert at Bank of America stadium. Having so many beds made it a great option for our group. Very clean and easy parking, check in process was smooth, and there was great proactive communication from the hosts. The only downside was the kitchen was missing basic items needed to cook even just the simplest of meals (e.g. breakfast), like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Would also be helpful to have several pots and pans of different sizes, hot pads, oven mitts. Otherwise it was great!

This property is definitely designed, as shown in the pics, to just have as many people as possible sleeping there, like if you were bringing a ton of kids to a sports tournament. There's zero attempt to make it cozy/have art on the walls/etc. (again, as shown in the pics). There were just two of us for a work trip at the convention center (about a 10-15 minute walk away, which felt safe). The beds in our bedrooms were comfortable but they just had the sheets and a thin coverlet on them, so we each used the comforters that were on the twin beds in the little bedroom. Overall the apartment had an unpleasant chemical smell, maybe from the cleaning products used. The parking is convenient in a lot right outside the door. The apartment building itself was OK - definitely not high-end, but it felt safe enough. Next time we'll probably try a different listing.
