We had rented your property for the 4th July Weekend. We were told to keep our cars on the right side of the driveway since someone was going to drop by to pick a golf cart. We had three cars so we adjusted to make space. There was bark of a tree that was not cut to the ground level but was covered with dry leaves and was not visible. There was no warning sign in that area.
While leaving for a day trip, we couldn't see the tree bark and the driver wheel got stuck on the tree back and scratched the car base. The Mud flap broke and alignment of the driver door wrecked. When we reached home and went to the service center to check on the car they charged us $100.
I am not sure what can be done here and who can be blamed for this. Please fix the issue for future tenants.
We did not have any other issue apart from the driveway not being cleaned or a warning sign on the driveway.

The house exceeded our expectations, beautiful inside and outside, relaxing ambiance.
We are group of friends that met at a grief support group. Daytime we toured the Poconos, feasted at the Mt. Airy Casino Dinner Buffet (excellent!). Evenings were spent enjoying our "home" relaxing in the Spa, having great conversations in the comfy living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

Our family of 6 had an absolutely wonderful time during our long weekend getaway! House is superb!! We enjoyed the hot tub and competing with each other in PacMan, pool and foosball. We also played a few of the board games that were in the cabinet. Everything in the house is labeled which is helpful. Beds are very comfortable. House in perfect condition and beds made, plenty of clean towels and all the amenities were there which made packing light and our stay relaxing.
Skiing at Big Boulder was lots of fun and BB is just a 7 minute drive.
We were blessed with a snowstorm of about 8 inches. It was fun and picturesque!!
Plow trucks did very good job clearing the streets in Briar Crest Woods and on Rte 903.
It was a really fabulous weekend and we definitely plan to rent this house again!

Perfect location with the perfect house and amenities! We loved it here!
The house had all you could ask for when looking for a getaway in the mountains. The owners had everything covered to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty to keep them occupied with the games both indoor and out which allowed the adults to just relax and enjoy!
We can’t wait to stay again!
