Very nice property with incredible views. The pool is very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighborhood is very hilly and local walks are a bit challenging. Closest grocery is only a mile away. This is a reasonably convenient Tucson Catalina Foothills location. The house took a while to figure out because it is not a traditional layout. But once you get figure it out it all works. No garage access.
