The Space:

Lotties offers attractive, modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas with large windows that capture the ocean views. Leave the car at home and stroll to the beach or village shops. The rear deck, with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, is ideal for relaxing with family and friends.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans. All bedrooms and living areas are upstairs; only the garage and laundry are on the ground floor.



All three bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans and block-out blinds. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom two has a double bed, and bedroom three has two king single beds. The second bathroom includes a bathtub. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.



There is ample off-street paved parking for multiple vehicles, plus one garage space for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire upper level of the house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and balcony. The garage and laundry are on the lower level. One garage space on the left is available for guest parking. A locked room on the lower level is not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Lotties is on Grenville Avenue, within easy walking distance of central Tuross Head. The village shops are approximately 320 m away, and the beach is a further 200 m. Enjoy convenient access to local amenities and the relaxed atmosphere of this coastal village.



Getting Around:

Park at Lotties and explore Tuross Head on foot. The village shops and beach are a short walk away. Free on-site parking is available.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including adults and children

• A refundable $500 guest security bond is required by credit-card pre-authorisation

Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms



After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

Security deposit

A refundable $500 security deposit applies. It is held as a pre-authorisation on your card on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours after departure, unless an amount is retained to cover damage. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings.
