Greet each day with a beautiful sunrise over the canal and wide-open views of Florida's sunny skies at this waterfront home in Cape Coral. This is a place to live your life outdoors, whether you're swimming in the private pool out back or dangling your feet from the dock at the water's edge.

Summer vacationer or winter snowbird, this canal-front property is an ideal escape. If you're hoping to get out on the water, you're welcome to tie your boat to the dock, but please note that the boat lift is not available to guests.

After a glorious day spent swimming, fishing, or boating, come home to unwind on the back patio and dine alfresco beneath the screened lanai. Back inside, there's central air conditioning to cool you off and a private washer/dryer to refresh the day's clothes, towels, and swimsuits. (Please note that the AC must remain between 72-78 degrees.)

The house is full of bright, open spaces, including an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a window-lined breakfast nook and a formal dining room, and a two-story living room where you can stream your favorite movies. Wind down the evening with board games in the den upstairs, then retire to five inviting bedrooms. There are two bedrooms - including a primary suite with its own full bathroom and patio access - on the ground floor, and three more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Two half-baths and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is for tying up a boat. Use of the boat lift is not permitted.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
