About this house rental
Its entrance leads to a spacious living room with a dining area and a lounge area (sofa, television...)
Its kitchen allows you to prepare good meals with a 4 burner stove + electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer part and a washing machine...
The night part includes a room with 1 bed in 140cm, a room with 1 bed in 160cm (rather low bed), a third room with 2 beds in 90cm and the last one with 1 bed in 120cm.
A bathroom with bathtub, bidet and electric towel dryer... and an independent toilet with hand wash basin.
Take place in terrace to enjoy a lunch-barbecue in family or between friends!
The children can have fun in the garden... it is huge.
You can park on the grounds, directly on the gravelled area.
RUSTIC FURNITURE - NICE HOUSE - BARBECUE - BIG GARDEN - PARKING ON THE LOT
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
