Relax in this comfy cabin Gambrel cabin, nestled in the serene Moonridge surroundings. Conveniently located between both ski resorts and within walking distance to the ski shuttle. With tranquil hiking and mountain biking trails just a short walk away and minutes to the lake, golf course, and Village, you'll be able to enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and sitting area. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Laundry in the downstairs bathroom with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Full fenced backyard with propane barbecue.
PARKING - 3 car driveway, no garage access

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Great place clean and cozy. It's in a nice neighborhood, good for a leisurely morning walk or to one of the local coffee or donut shops. Close to shopping but still has the feel of being out in the woods.
