About this cottage rental
Surrounded by trees on beautiful Lake Martha this cottage claims a spacious sandy lakeshore with ample outdoor space!
The main floor is newly remodeled with a bright and open concept. The Cottage is well stocked with indoor and outdoor supplies and has a nice deck to expand the space. The home sleeps 6.
The cottage rental comes with use of fishing poles and a canoe in summer and an ice house experience in winter.
Newly renovated inside and out! Enjoy an open floor plan, grill on the deck and plenty of outdoor seating, with a spacious beach for all to enjoy!
A canoe and fishing poles are available for use in summer as well as beach toys to enjoy on the sandy beach. In the winter there is an option to use the ice house.
There is a public boat landing on Lake Martha within a mile of the cottage. Bring your watercraft and tie off at the dock! A canoe is also provided at the cabin.

Quiet neighborhood nestled between Sister lakes, Charlotte and Martha. Some cabins, mostly residential its a peaceful and wholesome neighborhood.
Ample parking in the horseshoe driveway with a bike available for cruising down the road in the neighborhood between the sister lakes.
Quiet time is from 10PM- 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Jacob was really great at communicating with us about everything. Quick to respond and answered all our questions. House was clean and fully stocked for us that was wonderful. We had a little issue when we first arrived there were mice stuck in the window wells outside but it is very rural area and we had extremely hot weather. Jacob offered to come take care of that but we were able to help them out by putting a long stick in there for them to get out. The house was all newly remodeled. The view was stunning. The lake just a few steps off the back deck. The beach was much smaller then we originally thought but we had a ton of rain and we could tell the lake was up. My family had a wonderful stay there and made a lot of new memories. Fishing was so fun off the dock. One thing to note is they must be on a well again very rural farm land area, so the water smelled a bit of eggs. We only had use of the one bathroom upstairs the other bathroom as two were advertised, the door was locked so we could not use it. That was a bit of a pain for my husband who slept in the bedroom downstairs. All in all i highly reccomend this lake home to anyone. It was a great location, very quiet, very clean and the management was wonderful to work with.

I couldn’t believe how clean and lovely this VRBO was. I felt like i was in a upscale home. They thought of all the details. I can’t wait to bring my family here for a summer getaway. It’s a true treasure
