The Pivac 90 Vacation Home, on the first floor, features two spacious suites, both with a double bed and a private full bathroom—one with a balcony overlooking the pool—and a bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children, with an outdoor terrace.
On the first floor, there is a very spacious double bedroom with a double bed and access to the front garden. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. All bedrooms offer plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes or large dressers.
The Pivac 90 Vacation Home features a spacious living room that opens onto the dining area, which extends to the outdoor garden and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with direct access to the barbecue located in the front garden. The house is fully air-conditioned and features free, unlimited Wi-Fi, 2 televisions, and a PlayStation (PS4).
Pivac 90 Vacation Home also has two private outdoor spaces, offering complete privacy, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco.
In the front area, you’ll find a gas barbecue with a countertop, a sink, and a dining table.
The backyard features a pool with a sun deck, with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters, and the option to install a fence to ensure children’s safety. This area also includes a dining table shaded by a canopy, an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a sunken lounge area with a sofa surrounding a ground-level fireplace.

There are also numerous interesting excursions and tourist activities nearby, such as the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, where the islands from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the ocean; the salt flats of Castro Marim; the entire Guadiana River estuary, offering boat tours and other water sports, several golf courses, and Spain, about 15 km away, which you can reach by land or sea.
You’ll also have access to the Vila Real de Santo António Sports Complex, a high-performance training center accredited and recognized by the Portuguese Olympic Committee as an Official Training Center, which attracts various professional clubs and national teams to the region. These sports facilities are ideal for indoor or outdoor training sessions in warm weather for a wide variety of sports. There are also more than 12 km of off-road trails in the pine forests between Vila Real de Santo António and Monte Gordo.
