About this house rental
Owls Nest is a Hill Country Modern river house. This 3 bed/2 bath has long range views of Saddleback Mountain and sleeps . Located on 2 acres between Concan & Leakey just minutes to the best tubing on the Frio River and super fun Garner Park, where the kids can dance under the stars all summer long.
The living room has dramatic 30' vaulted ceiling, with wood stove, wood floor and new upscale furnishings. A wall of windows provides plenty of light, views of the mountain and smart TV for added enjoyment. A open staircase leads upstairs, while downstairs you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed, upscale furnishings and new ensuite bathroom that's been tastefully decorated.
You'll love cooking in the sun drenched, open concept kitchen with an adjoining dining area that has a new dining table & comfy chairs. Stainless steel appliances, pretty white cabinets, new wood flooring & thoughtful decor make this a pleasure for family meals.
Upstairs you'll find a second bedroom with (2) full beds, beautiful decor and plush bedding. The third bedroom has (2) bunk beds, one with full beds and the other bunk has twin beds. Upscale decor everywhere you look.
Outside is where the fun begins. There's an outside deck with sophisticated dining that seats 10! Upscale outdoor furniture with cushions is the place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. A rock fire pit with chairs, kids playstation, walking path and charcoal bbq.
There's a volleyball pit, horseshoes, corn hole, tetherball, board games and more. Party lights add to night time fun. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee. For those seeking a luxury home near everything Frio and a great price stay at Owls Nest!
