1. No smoking in-unit or balcony. $1,000 fee will be applied if any smoking evidence.
2. No parties allowed - strictly enforced. $1,000 fee will be applied if any partying evidence.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Be respectful of all common areas.
5. Report any damage immediately.
GENERAL INFO:
- Please do not mail any packages to the property.
- If the key fob or parking pass provided is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee for each.
ENTIRE BUILDING ACCESS
Guests will have access to all shared amenities that the property has to offer. This includes a 24-hour gym, business lounge with conference rooms, main lounge with a pool table, two large TVs, and a large sitting area.
Free on-site parking (one spot) behind the building. If you have any issues finding the lot, please call us and we will guide you!
For any extra vehicles, you can park in the public lot just across from the building on N Graham, between West 5th and 6th Street. Be sure to read the signs for payment details to avoid ticketing.
During your stay, please refrain from interacting with the leasing office. Please direct all questions to the Host.

Check in was super easy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need if you're planning to eat in. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. We weren't bothered by noisy tenants so everyone slept well. Our group of women loved having 4 separate sinks/vanity areas. We would stay here again!

The condo was spacious and very clean. Parking was ample and made for easy in and out. So many restaurants and bars nearby to choose from (we spent two days in the French Quarter). There was a great pizza and wing place around the corner - Bisonte - also walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great location in Charlotte- we were there for a Convention and could walk or take the lightrail everywhere we needed to go very easily. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby and a grocery store down the block. The kitchen is pretty sparsely stocked but has all the basics you need. Bedrooms are huge and the view from the patio is a great bonus. Hosts were very communicative and we did not have any issues on our stay.
