Located just one block from the main entrance to Jazz Fest, this 1 bedroom apartment within a triplex is in the perfect location for enjoying all the fest has to offer. Whether you have a brass pass and wish to quickly pop over to relax in your own space or simply wish to avoid the hassle of festival parking, this location can’t be beat. The music from the Gentilly Stage can also be heard clearly from the cozy seating areas on the front or back porches of the unit.
The unit includes 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen bed within the living room couch, and a personal washer and dryer located in the basement. Since the property is located within a triplex with other tenants present, we do ask that visitors maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 6am on weekdays and midnight to 8 am on weekends.
Please note that due to local permitting requirements, this unit is only available for 29 consecutive days or more per booking (shorter stays are not permitted).
