Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.
You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The accommodations were immaculate, with every corner of the space being spotlessly clean. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the ocean, which provided a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my visit. Additionally, the area felt very safe, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time without any worries. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and secure getaway.
