Step into our beautifully landscaped backyard PRIVATE oasis, where lush tropical plantings surround a generously sized saltwater pool and spa—one of the largest in Patriots Landing. Whether you're lounging poolside, enjoying a refreshing dip, or unwinding in the spa after a day of adventure, this private sanctuary sets the stage for relaxation.

Inside, the living space is thoughtfully designed for leisure and entertainment. Sink into the plush sectional sofa, where four seats fully recline, and indulge in movie nights on the 75-inch TV. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living area to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to whip up meals and share quality time together. With ample windows throughout the home, you can bask in natural light or adjust the window treatments for added privacy.

Sleeping arrangements are equally inviting, with two master suites (one on the first floor)—each boasting a king bed and a private bathroom—offering comfort and convenience. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a twin bed and the other with a king bed, twin bunk beds, and another twin bed, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom features a sizable TV for added entertainment.

Please note that pool/spa heating is available for an additional fee, ensuring year-round enjoyment. While renting directly from us excludes access to the resort's waterpark and golf courses, it also means you won't incur daily resort fees. Our home has beds for 12 plus a pack 'n play.
