About this chalet rental
The promise of a natural change of scenery, all comforts 1h15 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from Fontainebleau. Our chalet is in the heart of a private and secure domain. It includes a magnificent lake of 50 hectares, a fine sandy beach bordered by woods. You will enjoy tennis courts, ping-pong tables, basketball net, bowling greens, children's games, fitness trail and +++. Fishing without license. You will have the pleasure of superb trips along the water in a canoe (2), in a comfortable boat (1) of 6 seats equipped with an electric motor (for your safety many personal flotation devices) all available free of charge at your chalet, as well as 6 bicycles, 2 pairs of rollerblades, petanque balls, ping-pong rackets, tennis rackets, badminton rackets, 1 table football, children's beach games +++. The residence has direct access to the banks of the Yonne which ensures beautiful walks and bike rides.
