POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.
PEST CONTROL
This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.
When you arrive at the property, you should find everything you need to get your vacation started. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional products during their vacation stay. Here are the items you will find upon arrival:
Starter Roll of Toilet Paper in Each Bathroom
Starter Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen
2 Trash Bags
1 box of Dishwasher Detergent, and Laundry Detergent
1 bar of hand soap for each sink
A grill is provided, but please note that propane is guest-provided.

Exceeding the max capacity of the house will incur a penalty of $100 per person per day
Pets are allowed at $100/Pet, due to allergies cats are not allowed
Pool cleaning and lawn care are provided on a weekly basis
A range of starter supplies provided, including toiletries, Shampoo and detergents
A complimentary pack n play and highchair for the kids.

We stayed here for a week and overall had a great time, very nice house. Pool was where we spent most of our time and it was wonderful. We opted for the heated pool to be turned on and the water was very nice. The only downside around the pool was the lounge chairs as both had legs that were rusting into. Overall thought the pool was awesome. The beds weren't the most comfortable but no big deal. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the upstairs living room and couch. The downstairs living room wasn't the most comoftable but again, not a huge deal. Kitchen was very nice, we did some cooking and they had everything we needed utensil wise. The area is awesome, we have stayed a few houses down once before and one thing I loved back then and loved again this trip, was walking early in the mornings. We loved this area and will defintely be back.

We love the area and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend adding a few more pool lounges as the home is equipped for several people. A family of four at least to keep in mind. Also adding just a few more toilet paper rolls, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. Otherwise we were satisfied with our accommodation. Thank you.

We arrived to the house at checkin time and it was ready. Many cosmetic issues that need to be addressed at this home such as top railing on staircase pulling away from wall, bed in one room with broken frame, one light
Over bar area with exposed wires, front door alarm system with no back on it. I have pictures I will be glad to send. The two most aggravating things that occurred was one of the toilets downstairs got clogged and there was not a plunger in the home so after running to two stores we came back and fixed the problem ourselves. I would suggest plungers in each home. Also I had received a email that I saw where the heat was to be turned on to the pool and hot tub so I assumed this would be done…never assume anything so no one was able to enjoy this since we had a cold spell while we were there. Also around 1:44am I heard very loud talking almost shouting outside my bedroom window looked out and 3 young ladies were in the middle of the road talking at the top of their voice…they eventually left. Overall the home was nice but I feel I could have found something just as nice for less money. We didn't even get to enjoy any of the resort due to areas closing so early. Oh and the grill outside looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years the handle is falling off and having to supple your on tank
