About this villa rental
This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa with swimming pool has its own, private tennis court, is located within walking distance of Carvoeiro town centre and is set on a large plot which is totally fenced and gated. The extensive grounds offer complete privacy and an abundance of space, lawned areas amongst mature and native trees and fauna. The cobble driveway offers plenty of space for turning and ample parking.
The pool is 5 x 10 meters and bordered on all sides by terrace and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and tables and chairs for dining. Adjacent to the pool is covered outdoor barbecue area with additional seating and sink for convenience.
For those who enjoy a game of tennis, the property has its own, private tennis court.
The accommodation is set over two levels. The ground floor comprises of kitchen and laundry room, dining room, living area, 3 twin bedrooms (1 of which is en-suite) and 2 bathrooms. The first floor comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and other necessities you would expect.
The living room will comfortably seat 10 people and has a log burning fireplace for those who prefer a fire on those cooler evenings. The living room is also equipped with a dual air conditioning / heating unit, as is the dining room. There is fibre optic Wi-Fi and cable TV as well as some international channels.
The first floor bedroom is equipped with a safe for valuables and has patio doors that open onto a balcony with distant sea views.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the town beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, water sports, golf, scuba diving, jeep safaris, go-karting, fishing, dolphin watching, cliff walking and wine tasting tours are just a few more of the activities you can avail yourself with.
There are various amenities within walking distance of the villa however buses and Uber are readily available for those looking to travel further afield.
The villa is best suited to couples and families. Please, no stag parties, hen parties etc. Parties and events at the property are strictly prohibited.
A mid-week cleaning, towel change and bed linen change is provided for stays of 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning / laundry services are available at an extra cost.

Lovely house in a great location.-walkable to Carvoeiro Town centre and beach. very busy with tourists in August, but totally expected and the house is tucked away on the edge of town so quiet and peaceful.the pool and the tennis court were fantastic, great for 5 teenagers. lots of room and nice private bedroom upstairs away from the others.

Absolutely perfect for what our group needed. So much space inside and out. The gardens are beautiful. The kids made great use of the pool and my husband and brother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed knocking the ball around on the tennis court. Surprisingly, the walk into the town centre didn't take long (20 minutes) and there were many restaurant choices closer still. The company who look after the villa were readily available to answer our questions and were very helpful.

The villa was very spacious and accommodated us all with space to spare, we love to spend time as a family playing tennis and swimming in the pool. I booked the villa as it was advertised to have air conditioning (which I double checked before booking) to find on arrival, none of the bedrooms had air con only lounge and dining room which was very disappointing. As advertised there was a wonderful tennis court but no tennis rackets or balls. We had to go and buy Padel tennis set to play. Had a few problems with no hot water on the first night and a power cut on 2nd morning but no access to fuse box so we could turn back on as instructed do to so in the house manual. The property company who looked after the villa were very responsive and helpful in all matters. Those little extras make all the difference to make a wonderful holiday, so may take this into consideration for future tenants. Overall it’s a wonderful space and easy distant to supermarkets and restaurants.
