The resort stay also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between various sections of Desert Springs Villas and to and from the hotel with its array of many restaurants and shops.

The property has 7 separate pools and some with jacuzzis also, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids, movies. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.

The one-bedroom suite sleeps 4. The bedroom has a King size bed and its own TV. The suite is spacious with a beautiful 2-room bathroom with a whirlpool tub, stall shower and with 2 sinks and 2 sets of cabinets. Nice-sized living room with large TV and fireplace and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and a large refrigerator. There is also a clothes washer and dryer in the unit. Best of all is a nice, large patio deck accessed from the bedroom and the living room overlooking one of the lush golf course fairways.

PLEASE NOTE: This one-bedroom unit is adjacent to a large Studio unit with 2 queen beds, (sleeps 4) with a separate 2-room bathroom with a 2 separate sinks, a shower and a 2-person jacuzzi tub, a kitchenette and a large TV. The two units can be rented together and will have a single locked entryway to both units like an ante-room but then each unit will still have its own private entry doorway. When the 2 units are rented together you effectively have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit that sleeps 8. The two units can be locked out from each other or can be blended together as a 2-bedroom unit.

The cost for renting both and making it a 2-bedroom rental is $549/night + VRBO charges. This is a 7-night minimum rental. Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.

A major brand name supermarket is just 3 minutes up the street from the resort entrance.
