This rental includes the full 2nd weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 4-night minimum and the only check-in date is Friday, the 17th. That can only be modified with an agreement with the owner.
Also, If you wish to extend your stay into the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after the music festival you can rent any or all of the 3 nights for just $78/night - no minimum. Disregard the $150 price on the calendar as that is for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Your stay also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the two golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. Be sure to visit the hotel and take a gondola ride from the lobby to the various shops and restaurants.
Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel.
Shuttle bus to and from the music festival is also available. Be sure to check in with the concierge for the details.
The property has 7 separate pools and 3 jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, even facilities for kids. FREE covered parking and Wifi included.
DESCRIPTION: The Studio unit has two Queen-sized beds that sleep 4. It has a large TV, a kitchenette with micro-wave, toaster, floor-to-ceiling refrigerator and other items like utensils and etc. For a studio unit, what is outstanding in most units is the 2-room bathroom. One room has the shower, a sink and cabinet and a toilet. The other has a sink and counter and a large 2-person whirlpool bathtub.
Also available is a luxurious full size one-bedroom unit with full kitchen, bedroom and a 2-room bathroom with separate shower and a whirlpool bathtub with a vanity and loads of counter space. It is possible to join the one-bedroom and the studio making a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. No guarantees on that but we'll try if you want.
A major brand super market is located just up the street from the resort entrance.
Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing. It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
