This Marriott resort rental includes the 2nd full weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival. The minimum rental period is for 4 nights, the maximum is 7 nights.
Shuttle bus from the resort to the Music Festival stops at the Desert Springs Villas. Check with the Concierge for the schedule.
Note: This is a 4-night minimum "Weekend" listing for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights - the 16th, 17th, 18 and 19th, which nights are part of the full week of the 16th to the 23rd.
If you wish to extend your stay into the "Week" nights of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the 20th, 21st and 22nd, you can rent any or all of those 3 nights for just $110/night - no minimum. Disregard the $160 price on the calendar and the minimum nights as they are for those who want to rent any of those 3 nights who are NOT renting the weekend nights.
Your stay also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property right net door. Check with the Concierge for details.
Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel with its array of restaurants and shops. Don't miss the gondolas that take you on water from the lobby/bar area to the shops and restaurants.
The DSV resort property has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, a convenience store, even facilities for kids.

DESCRIPTION: The Studio unit has two Queen-sized beds that sleep 4. It has a large TV, a kitchenette with micro-wave, toaster, floor-to-ceiling refrigerator and other items like utensils and etc. For a studio unit, what is outstanding in most units is the 2-room bathroom. One room has the shower, a sink and cabinet and a toilet. The other has a sink and counter and a large 2-person whirlpool bathtub.
Also available is a luxurious full size one-bedroom unit with full kitchen, bedroom and a 2-room bathroom with separate shower and a whirlpool bathtub with a vanity and loads of counter space. It is possible to join the one-bedroom and the studio making a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. No guarantees on that but we'll try if you want.
A major brand super market is located just up the street from the resort entrance.
Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 7 - 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing.
It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
