Simple, clean, and spacious house no bells and whistles but a comfortable home to stay in and feel like you’re home away from home.
Our humble abode is not renovated, but basic needs are met and it’s professionally cleaned. Pets are welcome, there is a pet deposit. Special needs people are welcome and there’s also the Stairlift for disabled tenants. We provide one set of linens for each bed in the bedroom ( 1 bed per bedroom) , and you can bring your own linen to have extra, i’ll grab some at the local Walmart, which is nearby. There’s a spacious backyard your dog can run around in or you can sit at the picnic table read a book and just relax. If your hungry fire up the grill. We just actually take care of the house and clean up after yourself.
The location is great close to Fort Greg Adams. Easy access to I 95 , VCU and VSU are also within an easy commute. No smoking inside the house but you’re welcome to light one up in the backyard.
