The main villa comprises two levels and two independent suites.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a lounge and dining room opening onto a large wooden terrace, an elegant, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and dressing room, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms each have their own dressing area: one is furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and a television, the other with three single beds (90 cm), two of which are bunk beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this sleeping area.
The property also offers two superb independent master suites:
The first suite, located on the ground floor, boasts a large, cozy wooden terrace, a queen-size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, a television, a private shower room, and a separate toilet;
The second suite, located upstairs, opens onto a pleasant balcony and offers a queen-size bed (160 cm), a dressing room, a television, and a shower room with a toilet.
