About this house rental
Welcome to The Holbrook Hideaway! This updated, spacious unit has all of the amenities needed for a stress-free getaway. Located less than one mile to Downtown Plymouth + close to Ann Arbor/Detroit/DTW Airport. This newly renovated 2BR/1 bath unit features a fully-stocked kitchen w/ SS appliances, 55” ROKU TV w/ Netlflix & Amazon Prime, a peaceful & spacious yard with a covered porch + all of the essentials you need for a great getaway! Perfect for couples, girl's trips or small families!
You will have the VRBO entirely to yourself. The entryway to the home is shared with the tenant who resides in the unit upstairs. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy.
Bedrooms:
We know sleep is important while traveling! The master bedroom contains a King size bed with a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The second bedroom contains a Queen size "medium-firm" mattress for those who prefer a firmer style mattress. The bedrooms feature blinds + black out curtains + night stands with lamps and closets with hangers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free. The second bedroom night stands have built in USB ports and outlets.
Bathroom:
Updated, spacious bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. There is a non-slip mat in the shower as well.
Living Area:
The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with Netflix + Amazon Prime and a comfortable, deep-seated, roomy sectional. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with four chairs compliments the open living area if you like to watch a show while you eat a home cooked meal or heat up some leftovers from a local restaurant downtown!
