If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.
🐾 NO pets are allowed.
🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
🙏 Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
