Really nice apartment in the heart of Lucca. It has everything you need. We thought even the coffee provided was top notch.
We think a 10:00 check out time is a bit too early.
We started getting dust bunnies on the floor before our week was finished. It would be nice to have a wool long handled floor duster.

Lovely apartment, looks just like the photos. The air conditioning was great and cooled quickly. It would have been nice to have had a microwave. The only TV is up a flight of stairs in the living room. Adding another TV on the main floor would be great.

We appreciated the book of local information, and followed many of the recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We appreciated the excellent correspondence both before and during our stay.
Some more bags for recycling would be helpful.
The door lock was fiddly, although we always managed it in the end.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Especially appreciated were the well- eqipped kitchen, the abundance of nice wooden hangars and spacious closets, the beautiful views, the comfortable bed, and the elevator. I feel like taking an elevator is almost cheating, but it was really nice not to have to go up all those steps - I think 90- when you needed to run up to grab something. The apt is a nice base location to explore the city. There's a little bar across the street that gets noisy at night, but the bedroom is on the other side of the apt and quiet. We felt the bar added ambience to our stay and it was fun to look out our high window and feel part of the crowd. Be aware that there are no food basics in the kitchen, i.e., salt, pepper, coffee, snacks. Not a problem as you can find everything close by. We loved Tutto Per La Casa, which was right across the street and really had everything for the house!
