Make memories at "Skyline"-a tranquil 4 season get away. Private lakefront experience with gorgeous island dotted sunset views. Clean deep lake for swimming and all the water sports you could want. Unique Multi-level deck for all day Sun by the shore. Shoreline with magnificent granite outcroppings. 3 bedrm, 1 bath 1100 sqft, spacious yet cozy well kept cottage. 2.5 hrs from Toronto. Close proximity to Golf club, Nature trails, Ski resorts, Arrow Head Provincial Park. Kayaks, BBQ,Outdoor Firepit

- Easily accessible on a Year round municipal road. Wonderfully private, both at the shore and at the cottage.
- Western exposure to witness vibrant hues of sunsets by the lake in all seasons.
- Enjoy your swims in this clean weed free '3 Mile lake'. Natural tanning laying on the dock with full sun most of the day.
- Miles of boating. Public boat launch near by.
- Northern lights if lucky. But assured star gazing nights if you want to just lay on the multi level deck by the waterfront.
- Mature Cedars and Pines offer a beautiful evergreen landscape and provide shady spots to relax during hot sunny afternoons.
- Walkout from main living space on to the deck and BBQ overlooking the lake.
- Walk into 3 season Muskoka room from patio deck, grab a book and settle down or just gather around, play board games, chit chat to make memories. Perfect way for digital detox.
- Approx 45 wood stairs down to the waterfront. That's the uniqueness of "Skyline", Standing tall and high up with spectacular views.
- Water is drawn from the lake, filtered and UV treated.

1. A small to medium size well behaved pet dog is permitted. Please strictly ensure pet does not get on to furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding. (extra $15 fee for pet per day).
2. For mindful disposal of pet excreta, there's a dedicated pet waste bin right outside "The Independent" grocery store in Huntsville, just off of Highway-11.
3. If your pet has the habit to stray, please ensure your pet remains on leash at all times when outdoors within the premises (except when in water :-) ) and ensure pet always remains within the boundaries of the property.

Wifi available - Perfect for remote working, good speed for Netflix streaming from your laptop. HDMI cable available.

Property was great for a weekend getaway with friends. Enjoyed the lake access and equipment provided as well as the Muskoka room. Kitchen was well equipped.

It was a great location. The cottage was very beautiful andYvonne was really amazing host. Just one feedback, please have some more pots/pans available. It was really difficult to cook eggs as there was a very small pan and very large pan. Not a medium. And there was only 1 pot.

The cottage was everything advertised! My family slept comfortably and really enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the peaceful lake. Would definitely return for a summer getaway.
