We came for a long weekend with our dogs. We loved the setting at Paw Paw lake and took full advantage of the dock and other outside spaces.

My group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely lake house. There are only 2 steps to get into the house, which was great for one in our group that has a minor mobility issue. It was also nice for carrying belongings in & out of the house. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable. But the main area of the house was the best part. It's a small house that feels large. The kitchen was functional, with plenty of counter space. The living room was furnished nicely, with comfortable reclining couches. Our favorite inside area was the sunroom. It is air conditioned, and had a table large enough for all 8 of us to gather around. The large windows provided beautiful views of the lake. The deck outside also got a lot of use. We enjoyed grilling dinner and eating outside. The dock was sturdy and well maintained. The ladder was appreciated, as the kids needed some help getting in and out of the lake. We loved having a pedal boat and 2 paddle boards. We loved the location at this lovely lake, which was only 20 minutes from St. Joseph or South Haven. The town of Watervliet is very friendly. We attended some of the Fourth of July festivities in town, and the people couldn't have been kinder. We would definitely return to this house, and would recommend it to others.
