Enjoy a true oasis amidst major centers like Americana and Campinas. Just a few kilometers from these large centers, and 1.5 km from the Anhangüera highway, with paved access all the way to the entrance, you suddenly find yourself in a delightful, calm place on the edge of the reservoir, with a beautiful view of the water, surrounded by nature, amidst herons, mallards, ducks, woodpeckers, toucans, and others, who grace the property with their presence!
The ideal place to recharge your batteries, as well as for gatherings with friends, where you can enjoy a spacious and inviting veranda with a barbecue, tables and benches for guests and visitors, and a large and beautiful swimming pool (13X6.5m).
The indoor kitchen, which also serves as a support area for the barbecue, has a 6-burner stove with a gas oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a chest freezer, which will be available for guests. The remaining appliances will not be available.
You can also make use of a lounge, measuring approximately 100 m2, where you will have access to two full bathrooms, one for men and one for women.
In this lounge, guests will have access to a rustic table seating twelve, sofas, and a 65" TV (the lounge's pool table will not be available to guests and their visitors).
A few meters from the farm, there is a small shop where you can buy basic necessities.
The Atacadão hypermarket is approximately 2.5 km away.
There is an excellent pizzeria approximately 2.0 km away, which also delivers to the property if the guest prefers.
It has 3 bedrooms, with entrance and exit to the balcony, two of which are en-suite.
The rental availability is not for the entire house, but for part of the first floor. The rest of the house, not available for rent, will be closed and unoccupied. The outdoor area will be fully available, with parking for several cars in the orchard area. Chácara Li-Li is a delightful, very beautiful and photogenic place for gatherings, barbecues for family and friends, birthday or wedding celebrations, provided that the noise is moderate and within the stipulated time limits. It is not suitable for those who want to use the reservoir for motorboats or jet skis.
Eventually, water hyacinths may appear, further increasing the presence of herons and other aquatic birds, promoting greater contact with nature.
