Discover Champions Luxe, a beautifully appointed 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa in the gated Champions Gate community, designed to provide the perfect combination of comfort, style, and relaxation. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for families or groups seeking a luxurious Orlando getaway.
The first floor features a queen bedroom with a private bathroom, plus an additional full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a king suite with private bath, three queen bedrooms (two sharing a bathroom), a twin bedroom with a full bathroom, and another queen suite with its own bathroom. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience.
Step outside to your private screened-in pool with child safety fence, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture—perfect for soaking up the Florida sun or enjoying an evening under the stars. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island, complemented by a formal dining area for memorable family meals. Champions Luxe blends elegance, functionality, and fun for the ultimate vacation experience.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Location is good. Beds and baths were clean, but house was dirty and needs some attention. Not many resources to clean up ourselves... no dish cloths/towels, mop was severely sour, no basic items like tin foil, salt and pepper, etc. No facecloths. Pool was lovely and after we requested the heat be fixed, it warmed up nicely.
