This Marriott resort rental includes the 2nd full weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival. The minimum rental period is for 4 nights, the maximum is 7 nights.
Shuttle bus from the resort to the Music Festival stops at the Desert Springs Villas. Check with the Concierge for the schedule.
Note: This is a 4-night minimum "Weekend" listing for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights - the 16th, 17th, 18 and 19th, which nights are part of the full week of the 16th to the 23rd.
If you wish to extend your stay into the "Week" nights of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the 20th, 21st and 22nd, you can rent any or all of those 3 nights for just $125/night - no minimum. Disregard the $175 price on the calendar and the minimum nights as they are for those who want to rent any of those 3 nights who are NOT renting the weekend nights.
Your stay also includes limited access to the pool, tennis courts and the golf courses of the adjacent JW Marriott hotel located on the same property right next door. Check with the Concierge for details.
Free shuttle bus service is provided between various sections of Desert Springs Villas as well as to and from the hotel with its array of restaurants and shops. Don't miss the gondolas that take you on water from the lobby/bar area to the shops and restaurants.
The DSV resort property has 7 separate pools and jacuzzis available to it, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, a convenience store, even facilities for kids.

DESCRIPTIONS: The one-bedroom KIng Suite unit sleeps 4. Attached is a 2-room bathroom. One room has a sink, cabinets, toilet and a good-sized stall shower. The other room has a sink, cabinets, a vanity and a whirlpool bathtub. That section opens into the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and has its own TV. The good-sized living room has a large TV, a fireplace and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The full kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a large refrigerator plus a nice dining area tht sits 6 adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a clothes washer and dryer. Best of all, a nice large patio deck accessed from the bedroom and the living room overlooks one of the lush golf course fairways.
Additionally, there is also a studio unit available that also sleeps 4. If you would like them both I can try to get the two joined together but there are no guarantees that can be done.
A major supermarket is located just 5 minutes up the street from the resort entrance.
Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing.
It is a 20 -25 minute drive down famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
