Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC on this floor.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room spanning 22 m2, complete with a sofa bed, a satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. This room also offers access to a balcony.
