Glen Y Wawr, a single storey abode consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five guests, a sitting room with a TV and open fire, and a conservatory with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, and two doubles, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and patio, an enclosed rear garden with decking, gravel and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub, and within 1.0 miles, a beach. Please note this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 4 Tyn Y Pwll Estate is a tranquil base for an escape to Wales. Note: There is a step up to the property. Note: There are a few steps in the rear garden, please take care.

There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
