This lovingly renovated, bright, and spacious vacation rental, with 130 m² of living space, is located on the first floor of a two-family home on the outskirts of Zell in the Fichtelgebirge. A cozy living and dining room with a smart TV invites you to relax. Perhaps you’re in the mood for some games again? Playing cards, “Mensch Ärgere Dich nicht,” and “Monopoly” are available for an entertaining game night. The fully equipped, modern kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker (including filters), espresso machine, pots, pans, and bowls—leaves nothing to be desired. There is also an ample supply of high-quality china, as well as glasses and silverware. You’ll also find tea, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper from the spice mill. The vacation apartment features two cozy, well-furnished bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds. The beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival, and we’re happy to accommodate any special pillow requests. A peaceful night’s sleep with the windows open is guaranteed, as insect screens keep pesky visitors at bay. Shutters provide additional protection from sunlight during the day and ensure reliable privacy and light control. Towels and dish towels are provided in ample quantities. A large hallway with built-in closets offers plenty of space for clothes and shoes. You’re also welcome to wind down the evening comfortably on the balcony or in the sunroom with a glass of wine while gazing at the stars. Shading is provided by an electrically operated awning. The beautiful bathroom, featuring a view of nature, a walk-in rain shower, and ambient lighting, rounds out the overall experience. All cleaning supplies, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing station, are available in the house. When the weather is nice and temperatures are pleasant, you can spend relaxing hours in the garden. Franconian bratwurst or other grilled specialties can be prepared on the large gas grill. The hostess will welcome you in person, provided her work schedule allows it. Otherwise, she will leave the keys in the key box next to the mailbox. The code to open the box will be provided via text message or phone call well in advance of your arrival. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are free of charge. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the house. Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Additional fees for the washing machine, detergent, and dryer: 10 EUR per load. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.). Special features: A welcome drink will be waiting for you upon arrival. Tea, ground coffee, or Nespresso capsules are included in the price.
