About this house rental
Come relax and recharge at this cozy brick farmhouse situated on 4 +/- acres - perfect for pets and cedar swing set for the kids nestled in the heart of Chattahoochee Hills! The property features a large yard for all your outdoor activities, including croquet, Kan Jam and many more. There is a natural wood firepit with dining area paired with a grill in the back yard that is perfect for grilling hotdogs and roasting smores with the family. Then enjoy a cocktail in the evenings while sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch, cozy beside a beautiful gas fire table. The house is walking distance from the Serenbe community, 10 minutes from Fox Hall resort, 10 minutes from Cochran Mill Park, and 25 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. It is also a great location to enjoy an afternoon in Senoia or Trilith. Also, great spot for trail running, hiking, road biking, and mountain biking. Numerous road routes, and trails located in the area.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with an amazing view of the property. There is a large flex room at the back of the house perfect for dining, arts and crafts, or family game night. The property has plenty of parking as well as a large two-car carport.
There is a firepit with a patio table in the backyard and gas grill beside the breezeway. The front porch has gas fire element with seating. The house is stocked with board games and yard games such as Kan Jam and Croquet. There is a basketball hoop with plenty of paved area to play. The rear of the house is all cleared pastureland, and there is a wooded area to the left of the property.

Other things to note - Horses can be pastured for a fee on the property. Horse riding trails in Serenbe are accessible from the property – Cochran Mill and McIntosh Reserve Park trails are just a short trailer ride away. Call to enquire!

Some friends an I wanted a quiet country place to celebrate my birthday. So glad I found this listing. It had everything we needed. Close enough to enjoy Serenbe but far enough away to enjoy our privacy. Whether we were relaxing on the front porch or making s’mores over the backyard fire pit the house had everything we needed. The only drawback was the fact that the bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms.

We had a nice stay at the farmhouse - it was quiet, relaxing and well stocked with needed items for our stay. There were a few things to note that influenced our rating and time: the only bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms without another entrance, the floors were a bit dirty, the grill did not have any gas, and the dishwasher was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Megan was a welcoming, communicative host. The location was great in terms of getting around and spending time in Serenbe, if that's why you're coming to the area.
