I had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was beautiful. The pictures on the website are accurate. It was very clean, bright and comfortable. The area was beautiful. The patio looked out on the marina and Lake Norman. There's a beautiful pool that has been totally redone and opens on May 1st every year. The owner was fantastic. He made the check in and check out very simple. He always responded immediately to any questions I had, not that I needed him as I had no problems the entire time I was there. Condo is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, nice shops in Birkdale, and so many activities. Great stay!!!

What a wonderful condo to stay in.Clean centrally located and the sunset views from the balcony across the lake are breathtaking.Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again! 5 Stars
