Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying al fresco meals with loved ones, the outdoor space is designed for pure enjoyment.
As you ascend the outside stairs to the living floor, you’ll be greeted by a covered terrace adorned with cozy seating. Enter into the elegantly appointed dining area, seamlessly connected to the inviting living room featuring a plush sofa, a snug armchair, a TV and air conditioning.
Adjacent to the dining area lies the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary delights await to be created. From the sleek refrigerator and freezer to the convenient oven, gas and induction stoves, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and wine cooler, every amenity is at your disposal for effortless meal preparation.
Venture down the hall to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting air conditioning and wardrobe space for your comfort. The master bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining enclosed naya, offering beautiful views of the valley and furnished with two inviting lounge seats. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, sink and toilet.
The remaining two bedrooms cater to both couples and families, with one offering a comfortable double bed and the other equipped with two single beds. A separate bathroom ensures convenience for all guests, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
Please note:
1: There is construction near the house, which can cause noise pollution during the day.
2: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.
3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
4: The jacuzzi as shown on the photos is not present anymore!
5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

This villa has everything you need for all ages. There is plenty of space both indoors and out, with a lovely naya for meals in the shade and massive, spacious kitchen for cooking in. The swimming pool with extra extendable shade was superb and with the hedgerow next to it, meant it had some form of shade at any point during the day brilliant for the kids. Small things such as USB ports in the walls, huge amount for storage space in the kitchen and built in tooth brush chargers, just made life easier. The fact there is both air conditioning AND ceiling fans, meant that the roasting hot August days were perfectly manageable. We have been staying in Villas in the Moraira area for 20 years and this is the best we have ever stayed in. We will be looking to come back here next year.
The only tiny improvements were the pillows they were awful in most of the beds. They are subjective of course, but they weren't really pillows, more a heavy, flannel coated square thing. We ended up using rolled towels or the seat cushions covered in the pillow case. Tiny things really, as the rest of the house was perfect.

Me and my family have been to this villa a few times but maybe over 10 years ago so when we discovered it listed and viewed the work that has been carried out to bring it up to modern standards we jumped at the chance to go, we where not disappointed! Modern, clean and comfortable are the words I’d use to describe the villa it’s well equipped in the kitchen and the internet and media are excellent. It was a true joy to spend time there, quiet and peaceful we will return in fact my wife would like to book it next year for two holidays so that maybe gives an idea of how happy we where there. Also a shout to Costa Blanca dreams very very helpful and we did have an issue and they where on it so so fast so thank you guys.
