This spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is ideally located between the Sacré Coeur and the Grévin Museum. A few meters from Gare du Nord, the location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys. You will also be a 5-minute walk from Square Cavaillé-Coll where the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church is located. You will be near many shops, cafes and restaurants.

- A fully equipped independent kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher)

- 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet
- 1 bathroom in a bedroom
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

My apartment is located on a pretty square near rue de Maubeuge in the 9th arrondissement in the center of Paris, a very lively area rich in attractions. You are located a few steps from the Gare du Nord and its location allows you easy access to the most essential places in the Capital

We were concerned when we booked and were subsequently contacted by a management company outside of VRBO. We contacted VRBO and they said it was legit. Communication was good.
We were pleasantly surprised with how accurate the photos were. The common areas space of the combined living room/dining room space was exactly as pictured. It was as spacious as it appears it appears in the photos. It was a great space to gather at the beginning and end of each day. The kitchen was actually bigger than the photos. There is a huge laundry room too. The bedrooms were all generously proportioned with comfortable beds and good storage space. The common hall bathroom was HUGE - the size of a typical US guest bedroom - and the shower was more like a shower ROOM. There was also a hall powder room.
Overall, the place was beyond spacious so we all could spread out. It was also conveniently located to the metro and bakeries - which are the two primary things one wants. Could get anywhere easily and quickly. Also many restaurants and take-out places surround the place.
I will say the open shower in the master bedroom was a bit odd - but we got used to it.
We will definitely book again!
