You will love waking up in our house, with that super bright patio, with the comfort of the living room to receive visitors and the desk area to have a quiet work area. The neighborhood is super safe, you can breathe the old Palermo, full of cafes and gastronomic proposals, as well as excellent accessibility.
The space
Excellent location in Palermo Hollywood, an ancient neighborhood of Buenos Aires, surrounded by very nice restaurants, bars and desingn business, beside the block of the house is very quiet all the time. The zone is extremely safe.
Has very good means of transportation like Subway, Train, Bus or Taxi, 2 blocks away from the house.
You are going to live at an ancient house of 1930, completely recycled but mantaining the old style. The house is very bright, whith tall roofs and very fresh during summer. Has AC and gas heaters for winter.
It has a single bedroom at a mezzanine, of ancient and solid wood with a Queen size bed; a beautifull and very bright livingroom; a study-room with a sofa that can be used to recieve a visit.
It is decorated with an very cozy eclectic style, whit a very cool dialogue between classic and modern furniture, done by the owner and inspired by her trips all over the world.
The courtyard is a very relaxing space full of plants.

This house has PH structures, which means horizontal property. The entrance door on the street is common to 4 homes that share a hallway. In the hallway there are 4 independent doors that are the neighbors of the PH. Super safe.
