About this house rental
Living in a Fresh & spacious residence with 3 bedrooms and 2 spa-like bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and featuring contemporary artwork for a luxurious yet charming feel.
Living at Eastlake ensures nature contact in any of the multiple trails or hikes to enjoy sea, lake, and/or mountain views. Take a morning walk around the lake surrounded by trees and contemplate the ducks and turtles from a bench or form a paddle boat. Amenities: 3 pools, sauna, tennis courts, barbecues.
The space
Living at Eastlake with resort-like amenities ensures nature contact in any of the multiple trails or hikes to enjoy sea, lake, and/or mountain views. Take a morning walk around the lake surrounded by trees and contemplate the ducks and turtles from a bench or form a paddle boat.
About the house:
• The Living Room hosts my piano, tuned and ready to make music!
• It comes with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen including an air fryer.
• The main room comes with a jacuzzi, a Tempur-Pedic king-size mattress, and ample windows with access to the garden.
• The second bedroom has two individual beds.
• The TV room comes with an ample sofa bed and a workspace with a desk.
• You can retreat to the back garden and enjoy hummingbirds, friendly bees, and butterflies at the comfortable daybed.
Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. You can cycle around the community and enjoy the sights of this residential area with golf courses, parks, and all types of vegetation from pines to palm trees.

My daughter and I had an excellent time. The home is adorable with a very relaxing garden area to get away from everything. It is a perfect spot for two people with easy car access to the surrounding areas.

Everything was great.
We had to purchase sugar, coffee and paper towels. We do not mind replacing what we have used but have never been to a place that did not have basic essentials. Otherwise everything was perfect

Our host, Gisi, was excellent with all our questions and communications. The home is in a nice and safe area with easy access to everything we needed. Being able to park the car in a garage was a nice bonus. We expected our 32 year old son to join us from Phoenix where he’s stationed in the Air Force but he couldn’t come. Since the 3 of us would use 3 beds it would not have been comfortable if our son was able to come. The one television is in what is supposed to be the 3rd bedroom. This home would be much more inviting and comfortable if the living room had a television and furniture for a few people to sit and relax. The master bedroom has an old stained office type chair that should be thrown away. The list of rules and 1,000 fine threats for breaking the rules is something I have not seen before; not the way I wanted to welcomed into the rental. This place has a lot of potential to be worth the cost. Just needs a little more consideration in making the guests comfortable.
