About this house rental
Welcome to the Creekside Charmer, the perfect destination for your next family getaway! A modern luxury on the esopus creek with amazing views. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home offers an abundance of amenities including an outdoor fire pit, two outdoor BBQ grills, and direct creek access for swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing. New construction with many high tech features including bluetooth speakers throughout, an electric color changing indoor fireplace, digital thermostats in each room to ensure your comfort in the winter or summer. Fun for the whole family with a foosball table. With an EV charging station right on the property to charge your vehicle and ramp access to the front door, making everyone and anyone welcome to our home! Sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests, include bedroom 1 and 2 both with king sized beds and tvs, bedroom 3 with two twin sized beds and a tv, and an additional twin sized roll away bed. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and linens. All tv's are Roku tvs giving you access to all your favorite streaming services. Pets welcome for an additional $50 per pet fee.
The house is located on Rt 9W and Glasco turnpike making it a convenient location to Saugerties, Woodstock or Kingston. About a 20 minute drive to Woodstock and 15 minutes to either Saugerties or Kingston. So many great restaurants, hiking trails and activities close by. In between 3 Catskill mountains, great for winter enthusiasts. 17 miles to Hunter mountain, 23 miles to windham mountain, and 28 miles to Bellarye mountain

We stayed at this house for a weekend away. In total we were 4 adults and 3 children and the house was a perfect size for us. As others have said, it is on the corner of a very busy road. This did not bother us once inside the house. The location is very close to many spots: Saugerties, Kingston, Falling Waters, the lighthouse, etc. The river is a pretty backdrop (though I don't think I'd want to go swimming in it).

Fabulous property incredible views very comfortable ..We stay at allot of VRBO properties this one is tops ..Attention to detail to the point that the cabinets and drawers discreetly labeled no need to look around searching for something …first time we have ever seen that …Looking to come back in the fall Peter V
