About this house rental
Beautiful 4 story, 4 bedroom home with +3000 square feet in the heart of LoHi!
Explore the area by easily walking to all the coffee shops, bars and restaurants LoHi has to offer.
Want to venture downtown? Only a 1 mile walk.
Sports fan? Easily walk to Coors Field (1.1 mi), Ball Arena (1.5mi) and Broncos Stadium (1.9 mi).
When you’re ready to chill, the house sleeps up to 8 people on 3 separate floors. Venture to the 4th floor deck and enjoy the beautiful Denver weather and stunning views.
LoHi is extremely walkable, you don’t need a car if you’re planning to stay within Denver. Ubers and scooters are readily available. If you do plan on driving, street parking can be tricky. The street is not very busy, but if there is no parking available when you check in, feel free to throw on your hazards and unload any belongings and then find parking along the street (could be as much as 1-2 blocks away).
Please note: This a townhouse with two sides. Please ensure that every guest in your group goes to the correct door on the right side - DO NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR OR ENTER THE LEFT SIDE OF THE UNIT. Thank you!!

A special thank you to the hosts who were incredibly hospitable to my family. Great location in the highlands within walking distance to great restaurants & coffee shops. A short bike / lime scooter away from Coors stadium, union station and other downtown attractions.

Great location, easy check in, pleasant host, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for a big group. Nice outdoor space, and great for a girls weekend!

The property was very clean and amazing to stay in. There is a lot of room and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Really appreciated the house and all it offered, especially its location.
