**Important:** As the building is an older structure, it does not have an elevator.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible via a narrow staircase – a perfect way to stay in shape! :-)
The space is lovingly decorated for comfortable living, a true "castle of peace"...

It's a sunny apartment nestled on a quiet street, with public parking and a closed garage available.
You'll find numerous restaurants, bars, and delightful French bakeries nearby.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord and is well-connected by two metro lines (2 and 4), making it easy to explore Paris.

Please note:
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator and a small, typical Montmartre staircase.
- For some visitors: The Japanese mattress may feel firm, though I have recently added a soft extra cushion for comfort.
- The bathroom is compact.
However, despite these few quirks, the apartment has a charming and inviting ambiance!

The accommodation
Divided into three small spaces (en suite)
This charming apartment, is located in the heart of Montmartre, 5 minutes walk from the Sacré-Coeur.
The sunny apartment is located in a very quiet street and has a public parking lot and a closed garage. Many French restaurants, bars and bakeries in the surrounding area.
10 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord, and 2 metros, lines (number 2 - number 4)... easy way to visit Paris.
Attention:
-4 floors, small staircase typical of montmartre and NOT with elevator.
- U.S. citizens Japanese mattresses could be firm (I recently added an extra soft cushion).
- The bathroom is small.
On the other hand... the apartment has charming mood tones!

We had such a lovely stay at this flat. It was cozy, spotless, and in a perfect area to explore Montmartre. Carlos was amazing—so friendly and responsive, and his communication made everything effortless. You will find everything you need, including a convenient metro stop nearby.

Carlos is an amazing host, and his place is just as charming as he! Located in Montmarte, it’s a short walk to the Metro and to a ton of local shops and restaurants. It’s in a historic building without a lift, but certainly manageable. If you want a true Paris experience, stay here!
