This new construction duplex style condo boasts a private hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious living areas and all the luxury amenities needed to enjoy Livin a Dream. Located within the new Beach Club at Whalehead Community, you may wish to kick back and relax in the private hot tub, take a dip in the community heated pool, rent and relax in a private cabana, gather around a fire pit or take a short walk to the Town Center to get an ice cream cone, there is something to appeal to everyone ensuring your experience is one you will never forget.
When you arrive, you can park your vehicle in the driveway and/or garage and step into the main level of the home which was designed for gathering with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked with extra dinnerware, glassware, and silverware, plus everything needed for your cooking, baking and storage needs.
Enjoy watching TV in the living area and lounging on the sectional sofa which has a queen size sleeper to accommodate extra sleeping needs.
There is a half bathroom plus 2 closets on the ground floor as well.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and modern amenities, everyone will be pleased with. We had such an amazing time staying at this home. The owners were helpful, very nice and responsive. Our family absolutely loved everything about staying here. We enjoyed the pool conveniently located within steps of front door, the stunning beach just two blocks away, the board games, picnic table and hot tub at the house, and a private cabana with personal delivery from a delicious local restaurant. Very short drive to the light house, grocery store, and shops. What more could we possibly want? The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need - wagon for the beach, towels, beach chairs, garage to park your car, clean linens, kitchen filled with many appliances and conveniences (multiple coffee makers, garbage disposal, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, etc). We look forward to returning!

Brand new and feels luxurious. Let’s start with the beds. They are new and so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of bed. Once you are up feel free to make your own coffee or go to the local coffee shop. Need a taco or a margarita, just drop over to the Salty Rim.
We cooked in most nights. The place could use an upgrade with some of the cooking pans, but overall it is a decently set up kitchen.
The hot tub just outside the patio door is easily accessible and wonderful to sit in when closing out the night. All 4 of our daughters used the pool and the workout facility daily, so the hot tub was a great way to relax the muscles. If you are looking for a place to host a big family, this is it. We are so glad we chose Livin a Dream.
