The open-plan living area features cozy leather lounges, timber flooring, and a dining area for six. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including gas cooktops, an electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The two queen-size bedrooms offer luxurious bedding, ample storage, and electric fans. Linen is provided, and there is a central bathroom with a separate toilet, along with a laundry room for guest use.
Outside, guests can enjoy a gas BBQ and table seating in the fully fenced rear garden. The property is conveniently close to the Peninsula’s top attractions, including renowned wineries and golf courses, bay and ocean beaches, national parks, walking trails, and a variety of trendy cafes and bars. Off-street parking is available for cars.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
