Ideally located on the prestigious Boulevard de la Croisette, this air-conditioned studio offers the perfect base for discovering Cannes and the French Riviera.
Situated directly opposite Port Canto and only a short stroll from the beach, the studio enjoys one of Cannes’ most desirable locations. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, beach clubs, and luxury boutiques can all be reached within a few minutes on foot.
One of the unique advantages of this location is its proximity to several of Cannes’ most beautiful beaches. Within a short walking distance, guests can enjoy the famous Croisette beaches, Bijou Plage, Palm Beach, and the beaches of Mouré Rouge, offering a variety of seaside experiences all within easy reach.
Whether you are visiting Cannes for leisure, a conference, or an event at the Palais des Festivals and Convention Centre, the studio provides both convenience and comfort. This was a clean and comfortable room. I was here for the Cannes Yachting Festival and the location was perfect. It is also a very short walk to the beach, lots of dining options and grocery shops. Also, I had a few questions ahead of and just after arrival. Roya was super responsive and helpful.
