It is well worth the steepy road to this beautiful location. Claudia is very correct and always open for help and suggestions picked us up at the spot I knew from the info before. We followed her to the house. It has a lot of character and everything you need is there. Claudia explained everything to us and was always stand by for help. Thank you so much. You can use the garden, where you can sit, then it is very cosy. When you stand and also from the small bedroom you have a beautiful view over Viareggio. There are a lot of things to do in this environment, all within one hour drive. Cities, culture, beaches and nature. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this typical tuscan house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped very well! Having Claudia as our host was our personal highlight as she was very friendly and absolutely helpful. She advised us with all our needs like finding good Restaurants, sightseeing Spots or finding the right path during our hiking tour 😃 we can recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to live very close to the nature of the Tuscan Alps.

We were Claudia's guests for the first time and had the upper apartment. The two gardens and entrances are designed in such a way that you hardly notice anything from other guests and are very much to yourself. The apartment is absolutely top equipped. Claudia is a very warm-hearted, great and extremely caring host. The service and all communication were first class from the first to the last minute. We were so enthusiastic that we booked for next year while we were still on vacation. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded. We thank Claudia so much for this wonderful vacation and are already counting the days until the next time...

We had a very pleasant stay together with our Boxers. The house was perfect and very well equipped eveything you could need was there. We enjoyed the location on the hill in the greenery with seaview, so lovely. Claudia the host was so very nice and did everthing she could to make it us so comfortable as possible. We can recommand this house for a pleasant and quiet stay with all needed comfort.
