Be smart, stay with Mark

We are a couple whose flight got canceled, so we originally didn't have Nantes in our plans. We ended up visiting because we had to spend the night and let me say, this place right here was one of the best surprises of our whole trip! Mark is the perfect host, super courteous. He helped us out with everything and even went beyond his obligation to make us feel at home and gave us a big practical help. The room is located in an isolated part of his home with a direct entry, so we had what amounts to a small studio apartment in our hands. Facilities are OK, but we really didn't stay around that much to really need them - they worked and they were there for us. The location itself is amazing, couple of minutes walk to both bus and tram to the center of town. The city is really beautiful as well. It's worth a visit, stay with Mark ❤️🙌

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Accueil sympatique du propriétaire, accès location indépendant. Chambre pourvue d'une bouilloire pour café, thé (et une pomme ! 🙂), micro onde et frigo dans le couloir à côté d'un belle salle d'eau et d'un WC. Quartier très calme. Location proche du tramway.

Parquet et literie un peu grinçants. Propriétaire discret car les bruits portent notamment au travers de la porte vitrée de séparation. (Éventuellement commodités à partager si la 2eme chambre attenante est louée.)

Très agréable et reposant

Une jolie petite maison au calme. Un hôte charmant et attentionné, attentif à vos besoins. La douche est très agréable ! Et le jardin parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est facile à trouver et bien situé. C'est vraiment la maison du bonheur ! Merci pour tout Mark

Je ne préfère pas ,je ne serai pas poli .

Accueil chaleureux, Chambre joliment décorée et endroit calme, jusqu'à ce que les propriétaires rentrent chez eux après minuit ( portes qui claques , éclats de voix , beaucoup de bruits ...) noter sur la feuille d" accueil "le silence est a resperter à partir de 22h30 et 8h du matin" c est parfait, mais les propriétaires ne devraient ils pas respecter également cela??

Coin très chaleureux et dépaysant ! Mark est au petit soin, mise à disposition de café et pomme, il est disponible en cas de besoin ! Mark est très agréable et compréhensible dans mon cas je suis venu pour passer un examen et cela c'est très bien passé ! Bon sommeil et discrétion assurée 😊
