Very friendly hosts who helped us immediately as soon as I reported a problem with the sewerage system, very good household appliances, a beautiful balcony, a cute small garden, very friendly people in the building, a huge grocery store nearby, enough space for two people in the apartment, free parking, good Wi-Fi, washing machine with drying rack, hosts left us water and other drinks when we arrived, it was super nice.
It's not the fault of the hosts or property, but the roads around can be in better condition. If you want to walk to the beach, you'll have to walk on narrow pavements along the road, but that's how Zadar is designed in general if you don't live in the old town. We took a car, so everything was fine, but it's worth considering.

There was nothing to dislike it is a really nice apartment just a 30 minute walk from the Old Town of Zadar
