Leiligheten var ren og godt utstyrt for to personer i 14 dager. Mye skapplass og god madrass. Sentral beliggenhet, med kort vei til strand, og enda korte avstand til et mangfold av butikker og en sjarmerende park. Godt lydisolert ved lukket altandør.
Det var en liten altan, med to stoler og et bord, men her var det særdeles mye trafikkstøy, da det var et trafikkert gatekryss like ved.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja siinä oli hyvä äänieristys. Ilmastointi toimi. Elektroninen lukko oli plussaa. Hintansa väärti.
Ei ollut rantapyyhkeitä. Ohjevihko sisälsi paljon kieltoja, joten ei tullut tervetullut olo. Kadulla oli paljon melua rakennustöistä johtuen, joten parveke jäi hyödyntämättä. Sisälle ei melu onneksi kuulunut. Näkymät parvekkeelta ovat aika karut ränsistyneen vastapäisen talon katolle.
