La terraza. Todo bien, pero la terracita es excepcional.

La ubicación
Las escaleras y la entrada al piso. Una comunidad antigua y dejada. Estaba todo sucio y desagradable. Las escaleras un infierno si vas cargado. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor. Había una gotera del termo en la cocina y nos encontramos ropa sucia en la lavadora.
