We have stayed in a condo for years and this was our first house experience and we loved it. We will definitely be booking a house for next fall.
The stairs to the house need to be replaced. We had someone to miss the last step on the landing and fall because all the stairs and landing boards run the same direction and the last step is tricky to see when going down. There are also several places where either a nail or screw has backed out of the board.
Also the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, the couch had stains all over 1 cushion ( we used the extra sheets to cover both of the couches)and the loveseat has seen better days. (Didn’t get any pics of the couches or the stairs)
